Prep cream cheese, chopped, softened finely grated lemon rind chopped fresh dill smoked salmon, roughly chopped radishes, trimmed, washed, halved celery stalk, thickly sliced diagonally baby carrots, trimmed, peeled Step 1 Peel, deseed and dice 1 cucumber.
