Prep smoked salmon, thinly sliced qukes, quartered lengthways avocados, halved, stone removed, peeled, thinly sliced watercress, sprigs picked, washed Step 1 Divide the smoked salmon, quke and avocado among serving plates. Step 2 Whisk together the horseradish cream, lemon juice and oil in a jug. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over a little dressing.
