Preparation Method

STEP 1 Rinse the rice in a sieve or colander until the water is much less cloudy. STEP 2 Tip the rice and oil into the rice cooker, then pour in the coconut milk, followed by a can of water. STEP 3 Cook the rice on the correct setting for long grain white rice, for one cycle of your rice cooker (ours took around 30 mins).
