Prep parsley leaves, roughly chopped fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped STEP 1 Cook the peas in a pan of boiling water according to pack instructions. Drain well, then use a fork to roughly mash some of the peas. Keep most of them whole. STEP 2 Return to the pan and add the butter, olive oil, herbs and chilli flakes, if using. Stir well to combine with a big pinch each of salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl with the lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over. source: bbcgoodfood.com
