Prep bunches broccolini, trimmed onion, finely chopped garlic cloves, crushed finely grated parmesan cheese Step 1 Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place broccolini and tomatoes in tray. Drizzle with half the oil. Season. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and tender. Step 2 Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork, turning, for 7-8 minutes or until golden and just cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil to rest for 5 minutes. Step 3 Meanwhile, return pan to a medium-high heat. Add butter and onion. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until onion softens. Add garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add cream. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese. Cook until melted and smooth. Season.
